Customized Gis Application
We developed a web-based GIS mapping system and applications to companies that allow call center agents to access a variety of location-based services such as street, landmark, building, and intersection searches as well as map viewing which enables quick processing of customer orders made over the phone.
This solution can be customized to address specific client requirements with only minimal configuration and/or adaptation. We built a software that allowed client’s call center software (which is in PHP) to work with MapXtreme Java. The mechanism being a web-accessible service with XML-based communications protocol: Call centers can access our middleware via HTTP (or web) requests and they converse using XML. Our application communicates with MapXtreme directly via Java Application Programming Interface (API).

GIS RETAIL TRADE AREA (RTA) BOUNDARY SETTING
Given specifications from the clients, RTA boundaries are set and provided with our GIS application to know exactly what the scope of a branch will be, and to make sure that deliveries are calculated taking to consideration the best time and quality of service that will be provided.
